Advantages and key features:
- High coiling rate. Separate storage station and packaging station.
- Number of fastenings programmable at will. This means unnecessary fastenings can be avoided, and hence no material waste.
- Electro-pneumatic strapping unit with electronic control of strap tension. The strap management system self-adapts to the coil dimensions.
- Savings in coil transport costs. The product (coil) is packed without a core inside. This means that the empty space in the middle of the coil can be minimised, achieving a smaller size of packaging than the average coil for the same amount of wound pipe.
- One way unloading of the coil.
- In the HS version reduced setup time thanks to with automatic adjustments, which allows a considerable time savings for format change.
- Automatic and continual adjustments of the internal diameters permits wrapped coils with an exact length and without waste.
